Orbit ("we", "us", "our") is owned by RS Product Studio B.V., registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 91657563. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbit application ("App"). By using or accessing the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
The App provides 3D scanning features. Users are free to use the App for any purpose, provided such use does not violate applicable laws.
Users retain all ownership rights to the 3D scans ("Content") they create using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that all Content is stored locally on your device and you are solely responsible for backing up such Content.
Our App operates on a freemium model, providing basic 3D scanning features for free. To access extra features, users can purchase "Orbit Pro."
Orbit Pro provides extra features to enhance your scanning experience. It is available as:
For any issues or to request refunds, users should directly contact Apple. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their account settings. We may modify the features or pricing of Orbit Pro over time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in Dutch courts.
